📢 MEOGROUP is looking for a Medior BUYER!

🎯As an Indirect Services Buyer, you directly contribute to the performance of a dynamic, open and motivated procurement team, with a specific focus on services spend (e.g. facility, HR, marketing, professional services, travel, IT services), through the following responsibilities:

• Developing sourcing and tender strategies for indirect services, influencing and building trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders to define their needs and generate value-added, cost-efficient service contracts.
• Identifying, consolidating and implementing synergies at group level across countries, entities and business units for shared service categories.
• Strategically managing your service categories and contracts throughout their lifecycle (from supplier selection to performance review and renewal/exit).
• Defining and implementing a structured and innovative category strategy for indirect services, balancing cost, quality, risk and sustainability.
• Conducting market intelligence on service providers, running competitive tenders, negotiating European or local framework agreements, and maintaining strong long-term partnerships with key suppliers.
• Leading and animating cross-functional teams (business owners, finance, legal, operations) through open and structured collaboration to secure buy-in and successful implementation of service solutions.

👤Qualifications:

• Master's degree;
• Min. 3 years of experience in a purchasing role
• You are able to speak, read and write fluently English, French and Dutch. (3 linguistics are important)
• Experience in project management is an asset
